Who are we?
Stoemp&Grow is a participatory community initiative that helps people reconnect with the land whilst respecting the environment and promoting greater biodiversity.

The Stoemp&Grow co-operative acquires agricultural land and equipment and makes them available to Stoempers who wish to get actively involved on the ground in:
- market gardening and horticulture,
- the creation of food hedges and orchards,
- the creation of areas conducive to biodiversity,
Stoemp&Grow aims to pass on and share knowledge, exchange skills and enjoy a friendly atmosphere. Stoemp&Grow is open to everyone: you don’t need to have green fingers! Everyone contributes according to their time and abilities.
By becoming a member, you’ll join a committed community!
Whether through financial support or by getting your hands dirty, help the project grow!
Farm together
Stoemp&Grow is a cooperative that operates in accordance with cooperative principles. The aim is to embed these principles, in particular by applying for CNC accreditation for cooperatives.
Among other things, this means that the co-operative is open to new members and operates on a democratic basis. For example, each person has one vote, regardless of the number of shares they hold.
The co-operative strives to go even further by applying, from the very outset, alternative ways of working together, notably by drawing on concepts from Sociocracy 3.0.
Respect for living things
Stoemp&Grow aims to have a positive impact on the planet, in particular by promoting biodiversity through practices that respect living things.
As such, the cooperative is part of the permaculture and agroecology movements.
