A few definitions to start with
📜 Agreements:
This is an agreement with Stoemp&Grow setting out the terms and conditions for access to the site and the equipment. Anyone with such an agreement is a Stoemper.
🕰️ Tof in den Hof :
A session contributing to the collective project, comprising half a day (4 hours) of work involving grounds maintenance, market gardening, promoting biodiversity, delivering training, and administrative support for the management of the plot.
🍅 Chouke :
Point awarded for each 🕰️ Tof in den Hof by members, under the terms of the agreements described below. The 🍅 Choukes can be ‘harvested’ and stored for one calendar year, and used during the season of the same year or the following calendar year.
Types of agreement
To become a Stoemper, and therefore sign a 📜 Agreement, the first requirement is to be a cooperator.
Next, you sign up to one of the agreements below, and for every 🕰️ Tof in den Hof spent in the field, you receive a 🍅 Chouke.
The pricing structure for the agreements works as follows:
- The more time you spend in the field
- The more you use the equipment, seeds and seedlings, etc.
- The more 🍅 Choukes you receive, and the larger your share of the harvest
- The higher the price of the 📜 Agreement will be
With this in mind, if in practice you spend more time on the field than expected and move up to the next category, we’ll need to reclassify you (don’t worry, we’ll let you know beforehand 😅) and (politely) ask you to pay the difference in price. 😇
In summary, here are the different types of agreements currently available:
